Cold Room Swing Doors
* Cold storage slamming doors are made of imported sheet metal according to the characteristics of the unit to be used, with surface protection system against scratching during production and assembly, galvanized painted, chrome-plated, PVC-coated in line with customer requests.
* At no point of the standard model cold storage doors, the front sheet and rear sheets are mounted independently of each other with the latest model technology in order to create a thermal bridge and to maximize insulation. Aluminum profiles are not turned to keep the insulation at the maximum level.
* It is produced by injecting 42 density polyurethane, insulation material of 40 kg/m3 density polyurethane at all points of the cold room swing doors.
* Hinged doors have door mounting elements that combine the front sheet and the rear sheet, which creates a specially designed thermal bridge.
* Soft, insulated, flexible door rubbers and 100% anti-insulation door rubbers that provide full contact with the surface are mounted on the door.
* Cold storage door hinges have an eccentric (uplift when opening, press down when closing) hinge system.
