Comfort or process cold water production systems (Chiller Units) are produced in 26 different models with cooling capacity ranges of 1.585 Watts – 382.000 Watts.
The shocking process is to allow the product to freeze towards the core, starting from the outer wall, by passing cold air (-35 C/-40 C) over the product at high speed (5m/s).
Shocking should be done as quickly as possible.
Depending on the product, attention should be paid to the maximum times in terms of food safety.
The thickness of the product affects the freezing time.
Air flow rate affects the time.

Technical specifications
1 Semi-hermetic, scroll or screw compressor.
2 It can be manufactured with air or water cooled condenser.
3 It is designed to work in systems with ammonia and freon.
4 As an alternative, plate cooling exchanger can be used as an alternative to our units that use shell-and-tube coolers as standard.
5 Water tank, pump and other water equipment can optionally be offered as “water station”.
6 Indoor and outdoor units are delivered with nitrogen charge.
7 It is shipped ready for installation together with the electrical panel and all automatic control elements.
8 The device has a remote control panel.
9 It has an electrostatic painted steel galvanized chassis.
10 It can be produced as double and single circuit.
